Quality Control
Documented production and inspection, every batch.
Approved parts follow a written production and inspection path. The quotation or quality agreement defines which material, process and final-inspection records accompany each shipment.
Records agreed for each batch
- First-article inspection against the released revision of the drawing.
- In-process CMM measurements on tight-tolerance features, not only at the end.
- Material certificates and batch IDs, auditable on request.
- Final inspection record, packing photos and export documents.
How deviations are handled
- Any drift past a documented tolerance is escalated to your engineering contact within one working day.
- We do not ship out-of-spec parts and quietly hope no one notices.
- Every escalation comes with a documented root cause and the corrective action taken for the next batch.

Send a part number or a sample drawing. We will confirm which inspection records the quotation will include. A redacted sample report is not attached on this page.
