Manufacturing capabilities
Every process we run in-house.
Compare each machining route by suitable geometry, materials, design constraints and inspection needs. Send drawings to confirm the process that fits your part.
What you can verify before quoting
Pick a process by what you need controlled.
Each capability page explains typical geometry, drawing inputs and inspection questions. Achievable tolerance depends on the actual part, fixturing and measurement method — not on the process name alone.
- Tight-tolerance features where in-process CMM, not only end-of-batch, is required.
- Multi-feature parts where re-clocking between setups kills your position tolerance.
- Materials or geometries that would force hand work or EDM on a less-equipped shop.

How we plan the route
What engineering confirms before production.
A capability name is only the starting point. Before production, we turn the drawing and project requirements into a practical machining, inspection and delivery plan.
- Part geometry and datum strategy — including access, wall thickness, set-up count and features that must hold a common reference.
- Material condition, heat treatment and finish requirements — including how later processes can affect dimensions, edges and cosmetic surfaces.
- Critical tolerances and inspection method — so the measurement plan matches the function of the part rather than relying on a generic capability claim.
- Quantity, qualification stage and delivery plan — from first article or pilot batch through repeat production and shipment requirements.
Equipment
See the full equipment and inspection list.
Routes are run on the equipment that actually fits the part. The full list of CNC machining centers, turning centers and inspection equipment — and how each is selected against your print — lives on the equipment page.

Send the drawing — we will confirm the process.
Send a STEP file, material grade and critical tolerances. Engineering sends an initial response within one business day and confirms the machining route after drawing review.
