Where Tecpreva fits in
Three ways we fit into your supply chain.
Built for programs where stable specifications, repeat demand and long-term total cost matter more than same-day delivery.
- Lower long-term manufacturing cost
For mature parts with repeat demand, we review the manufacturing route, material and batch approach to identify practical cost-down opportunities before production.
See how cost-down works - Qualify a reliable second source
Keep your existing supplier while validating Tecpreva on selected parts through drawing review, sample approval and documented inspection.
See the qualification path - Keep repeat production controlled
Approved parts follow a documented production and inspection path, with traceability and shipment updates that keep your team informed.

Project fit check
Is your project a good fit for overseas CNC production?
A two-minute honest check. If overseas production is not the right route, we will tell you.
- Mature drawings and stable specifications
- Repeat orders or planned production volumes
- A clear need for total-cost optimization
- Non-urgent schedules that allow qualification
- A team seeking a qualified second manufacturing source
- Same-week emergency replacements
- Parts requiring frequent on-site design changes
- Restricted, highly sensitive or export-controlled data
- One-off work where international logistics outweighs unit-cost savings
Not sure? Send the drawing and target quantity. We will tell you honestly whether an overseas production route makes sense. Send a drawing for a fit check
How we work
Controlled from drawing review to delivery.
Every step is designed to expose risks before production and keep your team informed — without needing to chase updates.
- Share your drawing and requirementsUpload 2D, 3D or PDF drawings with material, tolerance and finish notes — our engineering portal accepts all common formats.
- DFM review, clarification and quotationReview tool access, wall thickness, datums, material and finish requirements. The quotation identifies manufacturing assumptions, clarification items and the proposed production schedule.
- First article and approval planWe prepare a first-article inspection plan, dimensions report and approval package so your engineers can sign off before we scale.
- Controlled repeat productionApproved parts run on calibrated equipment with in-process inspection, batch identification and an escalation path for any deviation.
- Final inspection, packing and deliveryFinal inspection, packing and export documents are prepared to the scope agreed for the order.
Evidence, not just claims
Quality and transparency.
These are the records we confirm at quotation and include with shipment when specified. Customer identifiers and drawings are redacted in sample packs.
- First-article dimensional report
CMM-derived dimensional record signed by the engineer who reviewed the part.
- Material and batch traceability
Mill certificates and batch IDs are provided when specified in the quotation or quality agreement.
- In-process inspection records
Tight-tolerance features are measured on the machine, not only at the end. Drift is caught before it costs a batch.
- Packing and shipment confirmation
Final inspection records, packing photos and export documents are supplied as agreed for the shipment.
Manufacturing capabilities
Every process we run in-house.
Compare each machining route by suitable geometry, materials, design constraints and inspection needs. Send drawings to confirm the process that fits your part.
- 5-axis machining5-axis CNC machining combines three linear axes with two rotary axes to reach angled faces and complex contours with fewer setups. It is useful when features on several faces must stay aligned to a shared datum.
- CNC turningCNC turning removes material from a rotating workpiece to produce shafts, sleeves, bushings and threaded components. Live-tool or turn-mill operations can add cross-holes and flats; slender parts require a separate review of support and machine suitability.
- CNC millingCNC milling uses rotating cutting tools to machine pockets, planar faces, holes and contours. Three-axis machining suits many prismatic parts; a fourth axis can index additional faces to reduce manual re-clamping.
- Wire EDMWire EDM uses an electrically charged wire to cut conductive material along a programmed profile. It is useful for through-slots, precision tooling profiles and hardened parts where mechanical cutting forces are undesirable.
Industries we serve
Where our parts ship.
Six core verticals, one calibrated supply chain. The same engineering team reviews every drawing, regardless of which industry it's destined for.
- AerospaceAerospace parts with customer-defined AS9100/AS9102 documentation requirements.
- AutomotivePrototype through production — drivetrain, EV battery and chassis components.
- Medical devicesInstruments, housings and components with customer-defined documentation requirements.
- RoboticsDrivetrain housings, end-effector mounts and sensor brackets for cobots and AMRs.
- SemiconductorVacuum-chamber parts, wafer-handling fixtures and ESD-safe tooling.
- EnergyComponents for oil & gas, renewables and grid-scale power conversion.
Materials
From drawing review to production, confirm the material route first.
We review material choice with part geometry, service environment, tolerances, finishing, quantity and documentation needs before quotation. This helps reduce change risk before sample approval or repeat production.
