Keep your existing supplier while validating Tecpreva on selected parts through drawing review, sample approval and documented inspection. No requirement to switch.
How qualification works
- Pick two or three representative parts — not your entire drawing set on day one.
- We run a DFM review, manufacture an FAI batch, and sign off dimensions against your drawing.
- You keep your existing supplier running in parallel. The pilot parts ship with full inspection records.
- Once you are comfortable, parts can move to Tecpreva at whatever pace your team decides.
Qualification principles
- No NDAs signed away from your team — we work under your terms.
- FAI reports and material certificates accompany qualification batches when agreed in the order scope.
- You decide which parts move and when. We never push a timeline that is not yours.
