When you request a quote, we receive the contact details, project description and design files you choose to provide. With your analytics consent, we also collect limited website-use and campaign-attribution data.
How we use it
We use enquiry information only to assess manufacturability, prepare a quotation, communicate about the requested project and maintain the related business record. We do not sell enquiry information or design files.
Drawings and confidential data
Upload only files you are authorised to share. Do not upload export-controlled, classified or otherwise restricted technical data through this public form. If an NDA, data-processing agreement or controlled transfer is required, contact us before sending files.
Retention and access
We retain enquiry records only for as long as needed for quotation, customer-service, legal and accounting purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing sales@tecpreva.com.
