Flight-critical structural and propulsion hardware β€” every dimension, surface finish and material cert is part of a chain your airworthiness authority will audit, and we have the FAIR package to prove it, per AS9100 and AS9102.

Applications

What we make for aerospace

Flight control hinge bracket in aluminum

Flight Controls & Structures

Flight-control hinges, bellcranks, brackets, rod ends, landing-gear pins and hydraulic actuator bodies. We work in 7075-T7351, 2024-T3, Ti-6Al-4V and 15-5 PH H1025, holding Β±0.0127 mm (0.0005 in) on flight-critical features and Β±0.025 mm elsewhere. EN 10204 3.1 material certs, hardness testing, and AS9102 FAIRs ship with every lot. Common specs: AMS 2770 heat treatment for aluminum, ASTM B840 cadmium plating for steel, and FPI (ASTM E165) on critical structural features. We support both OEM and spares/ aftermarket supply with the same first-article process and documentation package.

Engine fuel manifold block

Engine & Propulsion

Engine accessory housings, fuel manifold blocks, oil-pan rails, combustion liner hardware and turbine blade fixtures for commercial and military aero engines. Materials: Inconel 718 (AMS 5662), Ti-6Al-4V (AMS 4911), and A286 (AMS 5731/5732) β€” all sourced from approved aerospace material distributors. Each lot ships with AMS material certs, EN 10204 3.1 reports, NDE documentation (FPI/MPI per applicable specification), and surface-finish readings. For turbine hardware we finish-machine after heat treatment and hold Β±0.0127 mm on critical blade-fixture features. Coordinate with your engine OEM for specific process specifications (SPS, PWA, DPS).</p>

Avionics chassis and cooling plate

Avionics & Cabin

Avionics chassis, cooling plates, rack hardware, cabin interior structural fittings and stowage hardware. We apply your logo and part-number etch and maintain an FAI package per project that survives our archive window β€” ready for the next audit, years from now. Production volumes from prototype through rate-production (10–10k+ pieces) with the same first-article process. Common materials: 6061-T6/T651 aluminum, 7075-T651, and 2024-T3. We can specify Type III hardcoat anodizing, alodine, or paint-primer preparation on all exterior surfaces, and ESD-safe finishes for electronics rack components.

UAV airframe component and precision bracket

UAV & Drone Components

Composite wing spar brackets, rotor hub bearings, motor mount plates and payload integration frames for unmanned aerial systems (military and commercial). We machine 7075-T6, 2024-T3 and Ti-6Al-4V to aerospace standards with FAIR documentation per AS9102. Low-mass optimization is routine β€” thin-wall pockets, minimized draft angles, carbon-fiber-compatible tooling surfaces β€” without sacrificing the fatigue life your flight envelope requires. We hold Β±0.0127 mm on critical attachment features and Β±0.025 mm on general structural features. Full material certs, heat-treatment documentation and NDE (per applicable spec) ship with every lot. Common applications: ISR payload mounts, EW antenna brackets, and precision-machined composite drilling templates.

Aerospace composite tooling and mold

Composite Tooling

CNC-machined molds, male and female tooling, drilling templates and assembly jigs for aerospace composite part production (carbon-fiber, fiberglass, Nomex honeycomb panels). We machine in high-density tooling board (Mannnex, Raku-Tool), invar (for thermal-stable tooling) and 6061-T6 aluminum (for high-cycle production tooling). Tolerances to Β±0.025 mm on mold-datum features, with surface finishes from Ra 0.8 Β΅m (high-gloss tooling) to Ra 3.2 Β΅m (standard). We can coordinate with your composite shop on coefficient-of-thermal-expansion (CTE) matching for autoclave tooling, and we provide CMM reports on mold-datum features with temperature-compensated measurements at your specified reference temperature.

Turbomachinery blade and compressor components

Turbomachinery & Bleed-Air Systems

Compressor blisks (bladed disk assemblies), bleed-air ducting, vane clusters and turbine-nozzle segments for aerospace turbomachinery. Materials: Ti-6Al-4V (AMS 4911), Inconel 718 (AMS 5662), and Waspaloy (AMS 5708). Tolerances from Β±0.005 mm on blade-tip features to Β±0.0127 mm on structural features. We hold surface finishes to Ra 0.4 Β΅m on airfoil surfaces and blade-root fillets for fatigue-critical applications. All lots ship with AMS material certs, NDE reports (FPI/MPI), hardness testing and dimensional CMM reports with GD&T annotation. Coordinate with your OEM for specific process specifications (SPS, PWA) and first-article inspection requirements.

How we work

Materials, tolerances, collaboration

Aerospace programs ask the same question of every machined part β€” can you prove it? Every dimension, every surface finish, every material cert is part of a chain your airworthiness authority will audit. We hold ourselves to the same standard whether the part is a flight-control bracket, a cabin interior fitting or a tooling fixture for composite layup. Our AS9100-aligned quality system supports both OEM and MRO supply chains.

Materials and tolerances

We work in 7075-T7351, 2024-T3, Ti-6Al-4V (annealed and STA), 15-5 PH H1025, A286 and Inconel 718 where temperature demands it. Tolerances are typically Β±0.0127 mm (0.0005 in) on flight-critical features and Β±0.025 mm elsewhere. Surface finishes on bearing and sealing faces reach Ra 0.4 Β΅m. We maintain separate programs, tooling and floor segregation for titanium work to eliminate cross-contamination risk.

Documentation

Each lot ships with material certs (EN 10204 3.1 / ASTM A370), dimensional reports, surface-finish logs, and β€” where required β€” FAIRs per AS9102. We can apply your logo and part-number etch, and we maintain an FAI package per project that survives our 10-year archive window. For OEM supply we can integrate with your QMS through AS9100-compliant data exchange (PPAP / FAIR per your form 1 or equivalent).

Special processes

Heat treatment (AMS 2770 for aluminum, AMS-H-6875 for steel), NDT (FPI per ASTM E165, MPI per ASTM E1444, UT per ASTM E2580), cadmium and zinc-nickel plating (ASTM B840 / AMS 2404), anodizing (MIL-A-8625 Type II/III), and chem-film (MIL-DTL-5541) are all coordinated through approved special-process suppliers. Their certs are included in your lot traveler so your procurement team receives a complete compliance package with every delivery.
