Product designers and brand owners with a CAD file, a price target and a launch date β€” we take the part from prototype to mass production without losing either, with cosmetic matching against your reference master and finishing to your brand standard.

Applications

What we make for consumer products

Consumer electronics enclosure in anodized aluminum

Premium Hardware & Wearables

Enclosures, bezels and structural components for personal electronics, audio gear and wearables β€” from earbud housings to professional camera bodies. Anodized, bead-blasted, polished or PVD-coated to match your reference master. Aluminum 6061 for structural pieces, 7075 where strength matters, 5052 where post-machining forming is required. We hold Β±0.025 mm on enclosure-datum features and cosmetic surfaces to your reference sample approval. Full cosmetic matching and color consistency across production lots is guaranteed through our in-house colorimetry and sample-approval process. For wearable applications we can specify hypoallergenic surface treatments (no nickel, medical-grade passivation) and biocompatibility documentation per ISO 10993 if the product contacts skin.

Folding hinge and precision slider mechanism

Mechanical Moving Parts

Precision hinges, sliders, ratchets, detent mechanisms and folding hardware for folding products, cameras, drones and bicycles β€” anywhere that mechanical motion defines the user experience. We work in stainless (304, 316, 17-4 PH), brass (C360, C260) and engineering plastics when the look or the function calls for it, with cosmetic surfaces held against your approved master for the life of the program. Torque specification and functional testing (hinge cycle testing, detent-click measurement) available on request. We can also provide spring specifications (constant-force, compression, torsion) and source spring manufacture through our precision spring supplier network.

Audio equipment machined components and aluminum chassis

Audio & Hi-Fi Equipment

Headphone baffles, amplifier chassis, turntable platters, tonearm bearing assemblies and acoustic waveguide components. Machined in 6061-T6 aluminum, 7075-T6 and brass β€” with tolerances from Β±0.01 mm on bearing bores to Β±0.05 mm on external body features. Surface finishes range from natural machined (Ra 1.6 Β΅m) through bead-blast (Ra 0.8 Β΅m), mirror-polish and black anodize, matched to your product aesthetic without compromising the acoustic path geometry. For turntable components we hold platter flatness to < 0.02 mm and bearing bore to Β±0.005 mm with surface finish Ra 0.2 Β΅m for smooth platter rotation. We can also source precision bearings and isolation feet through our component supply network.

Premium home appliance machined components

Home Appliances

Control panels, handle assemblies, door hinges, brewing-system components and food-processor bases for premium home appliances. We work in 6061-T6 aluminum, ABS, PP and glass-filled nylon β€” matching the production material to your cost and performance target. Cosmetic Class-A surfaces are held against your reference samples; structural features are toleranced to your engineering print with full dimensional documentation. Common features: snap-fit undercuts, multi-axis contoured surfaces for ergonomic grip, and precision thread inserts for high-cycle fastener engagement. We support UL, CE and ETL safety certification documentation including dielectric withstand test data, material flammability certs (UL 94) and IP-rating documentation for water-resistant appliances.

Injection mold cavity insert and tooling components

Injection Mold Components

Core inserts, cavity inserts, ejector pins, lifters and precision mold base components for injection molding tools. We machine in P20, H13 and S7 tool steels, holding Β±0.005 mm on cavity and core features for dimensional accuracy in the molded part. Surface finishes from EDM (Ra 0.8 Β΅m) through mirror-polish (Ra 0.05 Β΅m) are available for cosmetic part surfaces. We also machine rapid-steel mold inserts (Aluminum 7075-T6 or QC-7) for prototype injection molding runs β€” delivering functional prototype parts in the same material as your production mold in 2–3 weeks. Full mold-book documentation (cavity layout, steel certs, heat-treatment records) ships with the tool.

Precision investment casting and machined components

Precision Casting & Investment Castings

CNC-machined patterns, investment casting shells and precision-machined casting components for complex geometries that are difficult or expensive to machine from solid. We work with investment castings in 316L stainless, 17-4 PH, aluminum (A356/T6) and brass β€” holding Β±0.025 mm on net-shape features and Β±0.005 mm on post-machined datums. Common applications: ergonomic handle shapes, structural brackets with organic curves, and sanitary fittings for food-grade products. We manage the casting supplier chain from pattern manufacture through shell building, casting, heat treatment and precision machining, with full material certs and dimensional reports at each stage. DFM feedback on castability (wall thickness, fillet radii, porosity risk) is included in our initial review.

How we work

Materials, tolerances, collaboration

Consumer hardware lives and dies on unit cost and on-time shipping. We work with product designers and brand owners who have a CAD file, a price target and a launch date β€” and need a manufacturing partner who can take the part from prototype to mass production without losing either. We have supported consumer electronics, audio, wearables, home appliance and lifestyle product launches across the full range of production volumes.

Materials and tolerances

Aluminum dominates here β€” 6061 for structural pieces, 7075 where strength matters, and 5052 where post-machining forming or bending is required. We also work in stainless (304, 316), brass (C360, C260), and engineering plastics (ABS, PC, PA66, PEEK) when the look or the function calls for it. Typical tolerances land at Β±0.05 mm, with cosmetic surfaces matched against your reference samples by our finishing team. For high-volume production (50k–500k+), we recommend steel tooling (MIM, die-cast, stamping) and our team can manage that transition for you.

Program cadence

Most consumer launches run on tight calendars. We offer 5-day prototype turnaround on most parts, transition to short-run production for pilot builds (50–500 pieces), and ramp to annual volumes of 10k–100k pieces through the same quality system. We can hold cosmetic samples against your approved master for the life of the program β€” so your 100,000th unit matches your first. Our production-planning team provides rolling 13-week forecasts to match your demand signal.

Finishing options

From bead-blast and chem-film through Class II anodizing (black, gold, natural, custom colors) to PVD coating in titanium nitride, chrome and black oxide β€” finishing is specified at the quote stage so there are no surprises between prototype and production unit pricing. We also offer polishing, brushing, laser marking (logo, serial number, QR code), and pad-printing for multi-color branding. Cosmetic samples are approved against your physical reference master before the production run starts.
